A bone marrow biopsy involves taking a small piece of bone tissue to get information about the condition of the bone marrow. This sample is taken from the basin. Bone marrow is the tissue where blood cells (red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets) are made. Bone marrow puncture is mainly used for the diagnosis of liquid cancers.

Strim Health Care offers all medical devices for performing myelograms (sternal or iliac). We offer needles for aspiration and biopsy of bone marrow.
